Title: Tu B'shevat Fruitcake

Yield: 1 Servings

1/2cBrown sugar
3/4cSifted flour
1/2tsBaking powder
2 Eggs
1cDried fruit
1cMixed nuts: Almonds, Walnuts
  Pecans, etc (peanuts not
  Recommended)

Mix it all. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until brown. Stick a toothpick in center to check. If it comes out clean, your cake is cake.
